I can provide supply cover as a qualified teacher with extensive experience from Nursery to Year 6. I have been working as a supply teacher in Walsall since January 2002 after many years on a permanent contract at senior management level. I have undertaken supply work in a variety of schools on a regular basis, details of which can be provided for reference purposes and one school in particular has already retained and extended my services for the coming year. I have successfully completed a Reading Recovery (Every Child a Reader [ECaR]) course and am now officially accredited. I am also a SERCO accredited 1:1 tutor. I have also successfully completed the Every Child Counts (ECC) course and have become fully accredited. In February 2011 I undertook an intensive course to train as a Better Reading Partner (BRP) trainer. I am now fully accredited and can provide this training to all schools for parents, support staff, classroom assistants and other appropriate stakeholders. Please contact me for further details. I also mark Key Stage 2 Mathematics SATs papers for EdExcel. I currently have no free days available until September 2012 for supply cover either on a regular or occasional basis. I have enhanced disclosure from the CRB and can provide a copy on request. There is also a copy on file at Education Walsall.

Specialist services sub-contracted to Bourne Technical Mouldings on selected evenings, at weekends and in school holidays.
